What I collect and what I do with it

PING SUPPLY is run by one person. That means there is no marketing department, no data broker and no ad network involved in what you send me.

What I collect

• The details you type into a quote form: your email, destination country, the product link and any note you add.
• The emails you send me, and my replies.
• Basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, device type) which my hosting provider records for security.

What I do not do

• I do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
• I do not run advertising trackers or sell your behaviour to third parties.
• I do not store card numbers. Payments go through the payment provider you choose.

How long I keep it

Quote requests are kept so I can answer them and follow up. If you want your details deleted, email me and I will remove them.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and I will handle it myself.

How a buy-for-me order works

What I am

I act as your buying agent. You tell me what to buy from a Chinese marketplace; I buy it in my name, inspect it, and ship it to you. I am not the manufacturer and I do not make the goods.

Quotes and payment

• A quote covers the item price in China, domestic delivery to my warehouse, my service fee and international freight.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time because prices on Chinese marketplaces change quickly.
• Work starts after payment. Once I have placed the order with the seller, the item cost cannot be refunded.

Inspection

I check every item on camera before it leaves and send you the photos or video. If something is wrong, I raise it with the seller before shipping.

Refunds and disputes

If the seller sends the wrong or faulty item, I pursue the refund with them on your behalf. If the item is lost or damaged in international transit, I claim against the carrier. Refund timing depends on the seller or carrier, not on me.

Restricted goods

I will not ship prohibited items, counterfeit branded goods, or anything restricted in your destination country. I will tell you if a request cannot be handled.

Cookie Policy

What is stored in your browser

This site is a static site. It does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.

• Necessary storage — used to remember that you dismissed the top announcement bar. Nothing else.
• Hosting — my hosting provider may record standard request logs (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.

If I later add a live chat widget, that widget may set its own cookie. This page will be updated when that happens.

Please read before you order

• Prices and freight are estimates. Any figure shown on this site, including in the shipping estimator, is an indication only. The final number is the one I confirm to you by email before you pay.
• Delivery times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather and carrier backlogs are outside my control.
• Import duty is yours. Any tax or duty charged by your country is payable by you unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
• Product images are examples. Photos shown on this site come from suppliers or marketplaces and are for illustration. What you receive is what the seller sends, which I verify on camera before shipping.
• I am a one-person operation. I will always tell you honestly what I can and cannot do.
